Re-peat (2020)

Inspired by the seemingly endless cycle of superficial daily tasks and obligations, Re-peat aims to capture the tedium of everyday life through a hypnotic, animated abstraction. Music: Susumu Yokota - Blue Sky and Yellow Sunflower. 1.5 mins

2D frame-by-frame and rotoscope animation, originally designed as a 5-panel immersive installation piece, converted to a single-panel film format for digital consumption. Final project for DMA 25: Motion, instructed by Refik Anadol.
